themed menus. Just ask!
#1 - Prime rib with Au Jus and horseradish sauce.
#2 - Filet Mignon with mushroom, cognac & cream or Madeira sauce.
#3 - Herbed beef roast - braised slow on bed of vegetables, fresh herbs and

#5 - BBQ pulled pork, chicken or beef with rolls & BBQ sauce.
#6 - LUAU - Kalua pork in banana leaves, Huli Huli chicken, fried rice,
macaroni or potato salad, Polynesian beans, fresh fruit tower and rolls.
#7 - Low Country Boil full of 16/20 shrimp, Andouile and smoked
sausage, onions, fresh corn and red potatoes. Other vegetables can be
added and if you don't want shrimp, we can do chicken!
#8 - Taco, Fajita or Burrito Bars - Chicken, Beef, Pork, sizzling on table top grills
with all the condiments for your guests to build their fiesta plate. Served
with homemade refrieds, rice, chips & salsa for sides.
#9 - Assortment of sandwich fillings on mini croissants.
#10- Kettle of soup & salad bar with assortment of breads and rolls.
#11 - Meat or vegetable Lasagna with meatballs.
#12 - Pasta Bar: Three Pastas & two fresh handmade sauces;
Tomato & Alfredo. Meatballs, Garden salad and Garlic Toast.
#13 - Fish Filets with choice of sauce or relish toppings.
#14 - Gourmet Box Lunch: choice of sandwich fillings on roll, Green
salad with 1/2 egg, Tomato & Cucumber, assorted baked Chips,
fresh Fruit, Cookie and choice of Juice or Water bottle.
Rice: jasmine, brown, wild, saffron, Mexican, fried.
Potatoes: garlic mash from red, white or Yukon gold, yams & sweet potatoes,
baked, Au gratin or scalloped.
Salads: garden, field greens with cranberries, feta, glazed walnuts & raspberry vinaigrette; potato, macaroni, Cole slaw, Sriracha slaw, broccoli & cauliflower, fruit salad, mini salad bar, carrot & raisin, Caesar, pasta, assortment of fresh vegetables marinated in vinegar, sugar and herbs & seasonings.
Vegetables: assorted fresh seasonal. Herbed vegetable assortment with olive oil and either roasted or grilled on our table top grills for your guests to help them selves; assorted vegetable casseroles.
Breads: garlic, corn muffins and minis, biscuits, assorted baquets, black breads,
Fruit: fresh trays or fruit tower.
Crudites: fresh vegetables served with ranch dip.
Artisan cheeses and Crackers.
Appetizer assortment from Shrimp Cocktail to Pigs in Blanket. Many to choose from. We can set up a station or have them passed by our staff.
Sweets: assorted fruit cobblers, cookies, macaroons, cupcakes, pies and other assortments from our pastry chef.
Beverages: unsweetened & sweet tea, lemonade.
