Menu Suggestions

             LET'S DESIGN YOUR MENU ~ These are just a few suggestions to start you off with. Create your own or one of our suggestions

                        

 


#1 - Filet Mignon served with Au Jus and horseradish sauce


#2 - Herbed beef roast - braised slow on bed of vegetables, fresh herbs and

        red wine


#3 - Grilled chicken breast served 100's of ways to your liking


#4 - Our 16 hour slow smoked hand pulled pork, served with rolls, regular and Carolina sauce


#5 - LUAU - Kalua pork in banana leaves, Huli Huli chicken, fried rice,            

       macaroni or potato salad, fresh fruit tower and rolls.


#6 - Low Country Boil - shrimp, Andouile and smoked

       sausage, onions, fresh corn and red potatoes. Served with butter, cocktail sauce and french bread for sopping.


#7 - Taco, Fajita or Burrito Bars - seasoned beef or chicken sizzling on table top grills

        with all the condiments for your guests to build their fiesta plate. Served     

        with beans, rice, chips & salsa for sides.


#8 -  Mini croissant sandwiches - turkey, chicken salad, ham, tuna, roast beef, pimento cheese


#9-   Kettle of soup & mini salad bar with assortment of rolls or sandwiches


#10 -Meat or vegetable Lasagna served with layered Italian garden salad, Parmesan herb rolls


#11 -Pasta Bar: Three Pastas & two fresh handmade sauces: tomato and Alfredo.

        Served with meatballs, layered Italian garden salad and Parmesan herb rolls.


#12 -Gourmet Box Lunch: sandwich on hearty roll or bread, Green

          salad with 1/2 egg, Tomato & Cucumber, assorted Chips,

          fresh Fruit, Cookie and choice of Juice or Water bottle.


 

SIDES:

Rice:  jasmine, brown, yellow saffron, Mexican, fried rice.

 

Potatoes: Yukon gold mash, red garlic, parsley red.

 

Salads: garden, field greens with cranberries, feta, glazed walnuts & raspberry vinaigrette; potato, macaroni, Cole slaw, fruit salad,  pasta, assortment of fresh vegetables marinated in herbs & seasonings.

 

Vegetables: assorted seasoned fresh vegetables and vegetable casseroles. 

 

Breads: garlic, corn muffins, biscuits, yeast rolls, croissants.

 

Fruit: fresh seasonal trays or fruit tower.


Crudites: fresh vegetables served with ranch dip.


Artisan cheeses and crackers.


Appetizer assortment from shrimp cocktail to pigs in blanket, dips and more. We can set up a station or have them passed by our staff.


Sweets: assorted fruit cobblers, brownies & cookie tray.


Beverages: sweet and unsweetened iced tea, lemonade.
