Our Process

What’s next and how does this work? A step-by-step process…

1. Submit your event details

In order to start getting help, the right menu, information, and a quote, please submit your event information from this link or above so that we may start to get to know you and determine your event needs.

2. We'll get in touch

Our consultant will reach out to you to ask a few questions, and answer any questions you may have. We will then start designing your menu and share information on venues, vendors and other helpful information.

3. Present you a detailed quote

We will send you a menu, quote, and all of the details that are important (such as payment arrangements and how we handle changes such as to menus, and/or a increase or decrease in guest numbers.

4. We're here to support you

Your event is important to us, so during the planning stages and through the end of the event we’re here to help with any staffing, logistics or menu-related concerns. So feel
free to reach out! 

5. A week before the event...

Your event Team Leader will contact you, confirm the details and prepare their team for the big day. This process is so methodical and organized that  one of our clients said we operate like a “well-oiled machine”! 

6. Show time!

On the day of your event uniformed staff along with the team lead will arrive early to set up so that at “showtime” when your guests arrive our team will be ready to greet and serve the guests! 

7. It's about service, after all.

Generally, for most events (unless it is “drop off” service”) staff will remain at your event to be sure beverage containers and food are tidy and filled. In addition, they will greet guests at the food line, serve, help any guests with special needs, and clean up after.
